Workplace Conflict Management Systems as a Strategic HR Initiative: How to implement an internal dispute resolution system as a means to avoid employment litigation
With the ever-increasing frequency of employment litigation, many employers
are continually seeking internal mechanisms which can address workplace
disputes before those conflicts "boil over" into litigation. This session
will cover practical tools for evaluating the need for these systems, how
they can be implemented, and tools for evaluating their effectiveness.
